Logistics Operations Analyst, AMZL
Job description
Our logistics teams are changing the way we interact with customers around the world every day and solving some of the biggest logistical challenges faced not only by Amazon, but also by the entire industry.
Whether items are large or small, we find solutions to ensure we're meeting our promise to our customers.
The Amazon Logistics Brasil (AMZL) team is looking for a person to join the EDSP (External Delivery Service Providers), which means working with partner stations. This person will act as a Control Tower for these operations operated by partners. The operations will be made 7 days a week, including holidays; therefore, Operations Analysts are all on a 4x3 schedule, separated between front and back teams.
This person will manage delivery station logistics from external partner stations to ensure performance and compliance with processes from those partners. They will work in an environment that is highly collaborative, which is closer to a startup than a large company. The attitude adopted is that no idea is a bad idea, and the best ideas are those that should be tested and experimented.
This person must thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Part of their functions may be performed virtually, such as auditing/visiting partner logistics locations on site.
Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to offer the best results for our customers. We don't just celebrate the diversity of our workforce; we celebrate the diverse ways we work. If you want to request an accommodation for the interview or integration process, notify your recruiter and they will connect you with our Accommodation Team.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, Operations or related fields.
