Predictive, Corrective, and Emergency Maintenance Management

• Manage and respond to IHS customer calls and ensure SLA compliance.

• Open, track, and close tasks in Sytex for maintenance providers.

• Activate maintenance providers and field teams for energy cabinets (Teksea, Nilko, Think), SLS projects, community and peripheral sites, Off-Grids, and indoor/DAS solutions across Brazil.

• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance controls, recording incidents and vandalism cases.

• Structure and track maintenance schedules for indicated products.

• Validate maintenance reports submitted by providers.

• Remotely and punctually monitor field teams for activity verification and acceptance.

• Homologate providers nationwide for validation of service capacity.

• Participate in strategic rollout meetings with all clients.

Monitoring and Systems

• Validate and track indicators on THOR and NEMESYS systems (energy cabinets and SLS).

• Monitor alarm tickets on SIGITM Vivo and emails, alerting field teams, tracking, and closing records after activity validation.

• Fill and track incidents on the Velocity platform (security).

• Make I-DOC notifications for SLS attendance.

• Monitor VSWR system.

Internal Process Management and Inventory

• Analyze activity measurements for PO issuance.

• Manage inventory of sources, batteries, rectifiers, solar panels, and spare parts, controlling entries and exits in all regions.

• Support technical and functional acceptance processes for SLS, energy cabinets, and indoor sites, ensuring compliance with established requirements.

Operational Relationship

• Track and resolve maintenance tickets with operators (Vivo, Claro, and TIM).

• Conduct negotiations with providers and field teams, ensuring definitive solutions for critical points.
