• Bachelor's degree in QFB, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field (titleholder or trainee).

• Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in microbiological analysis and participation in audits.

• Solid knowledge of NOM, NMX, ISO, and Buenas Prcticas de Laboratorio (BPL).

• Experience in quality management systems, document control, and regulatory compliance.

• Laboratory equipment handling:

  • Microscope

  • Autoclave

  • Laminar flow hood

  • Incubators

• Person organized, analytical, responsible, and focused on continuous improvement.

• Perform microbiological analyses of samples.

• Preparation, control, and handling of culture media.

• Recording, analysis, and issuance of technical reports.

• Active participation in internal and external audits.

• Support for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System.

• Ambiental monitoring and process validation.

• Estrict compliance with regulations, procedures, and quality policies.

• Monthly salary: $17,000 to $20,000 MXN (depending on experience).
