Job description
- Interaction with the procurement sector regarding the supply of materials and services (contracts), standardizing purchases, reducing costs and lead time;
- Follow up on maintenance budget control to ensure the application of what was forecasted within the established values and timeframe;
- Issue service invoices;
- Prepare requests, orders, assisting in payment control;
- Emit cost reports in the SAP system;
- Regularize invoices;
- Seek optimization of operational routine at the warehouse, through implementation of spreadsheets, defining storage space, truck flow and inventory control;
