Job description
Job Description:
- Process Control Analysis: control of raw material, intermediate product and finished product quality through physical-chemical, visual and microbiological analyses, applying internal documented procedures, analysis methodologies and all relevant documents to the quality system, according to NBR IEC ISO 17025:2005;
- Solutions: preparation of all solutions used for performing analyses;
- Work Area Organization: realization of workbench cleaning in the working area, identification and composition of samples, equipment cleaning, allowing for correct daily work performance;
- Reagent and Vial Stock Control: periodic counting of reagents and vials, conducting a quantity assessment necessary for procurement and correct identification of received reagents;
- Equipment and Vial Checking: use of reference standards to ensure the reliability of analysis results, informing the need for maintenance and/or calibration of used equipment when deemed necessary;
- New Collaborator Training: utilization of existing procedures and methodologies applied in daily work routine to train and enable new analysts for developing activities;
- Information Update on Systems: compilation, digitization and sending of information related to analysis results performed by the laboratory and daily updating of records related to these analyses;
- Purchase Order Monitoring: verification and tracking of purchase orders and requests made to avoid errors;
- Commitment to Internal Procedures: full compliance with all internal procedures related to employee safety, information security and food safety, committing to achieving area quality objectives with the rest of the team;
