Job Description The Legal Analyst position involves direct support to the firm's activities, including drafting, analyzing, and reviewing contracts, court documents, and other legal documents. On a daily basis, the person will be responsible for conducting doctrinal and jurisprudential research, tracking deadlines, organizing documents, and assisting in the preparation of court documents, especially in labor law. They will also interact with clients and partners, contributing to clear communication about case progress. This is a full-time position with in-person work in Catanduva SP.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of law and the ability to interpret legislation, doctrine, and jurisprudence applied to the firm's areas of practice.
• Analytical skills to conduct legal research, identify risks, evaluate scenarios, and propose well-founded solutions.
• Experience in preparing legal documents, including contracts, petitions, reports, and opinions, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge in drafting and analyzing contracts and agreements, ensuring legal security and alignment with client needs.
• Good oral and written communication skills for interaction with clients, internal teams, and external bodies with clarity and professional demeanor.
• Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Law, in addition to proficiency in computer tools, artificial intelligence, and document organization.
• Previous experience in law firms, specialization in related areas, and knowledge of foreign languages will be considered a differential.
