Legal Analyst

We are looking for a professional to work in the Legal area of the asset management company. The position will interface with different areas of the institution and actively participate in legal support for operations and structures managed by the company.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Analyze and draft minutes of contracts, regulations, prospectuses, and other documents related to the constitution, amendment, and operation of investment funds;
• Analyze and review legal documentation related to structured funds (FIPs, FIDCs, FIIs, among others), ensuring adherence to applicable regulations;
• Monitor and interpret CVM (including CVM Resolution No. 175) rules and ANBIMA self-regulatory codes applicable to asset management activities;
• Support the business area and other internal areas in legal consultations related to investment operations, products, and structures;
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the asset management company's activities, proposing adjustments to minutes and processes when necessary;
• Interact with regulatory and self-regulatory bodies (CVM and ANBIMA), when applicable, and with external service providers (administrators, custodians, registrars, among others).

Requirements and qualifications:

• Completed degree in Law;

• Proven prior experience in the capital markets, preferably with experience in structured funds (FIPs, FIDCs, FIIs, among others);

• Experience in analyzing and drafting legal minutes related to investment funds and capital market operations;

• Knowledge of ANBIMA self-regulatory rules and codes applicable to third-party asset management;

• Good verbal and written communication skills;

• Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail;

• Ability to handle multiple demands and interact with different areas of the institution;

• Knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and Word).
