Jr. International Logistics Operations Analyst (Ocean & Air)

Are you passionate about international logistics and looking to grow within a global company? We are looking for a Jr. Logistics Operations Analyst to join our team and provide support for maritime and air import and export operations, collaborating with international teams and actively participating in the coordination of global shipments.

What will you do in this role?

• Provide support for daily import and export operations in maritime (Ocean) and air (Air) modalities.
• Create, update, and track shipments using specialized operating systems like CargoWise and TMS platforms.
• Review and validate documentation related to shipments to ensure compliance with established processes.
• Monitor key shipment milestones and events, keeping tracking information up-to-date.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient execution of shipments.
• Provide operational updates and support to clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in the review of billing processes and the generation of operational reports.
• Comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Profile we are looking for

Essential Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree or in the process of obtaining a degree in: International Business, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or related fields.
• Experience of 6 months to 1 year in logistics, supply chain, customer service, freight forwarding, or administrative operations.
• Conversational English.
• Basic knowledge of maritime and air import and export processes.
• Familiarity with Incoterms.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience using CargoWise or other logistics management systems.
• Experience within Freight Forwarder companies.
• Experience in Shared Service Centers.
