Senior HR Analyst (Recruitment & Selection) - Logistics

About the Company The Sucuriú Project marks the entry of Arauco's cellulose division into Brazil. The $4.6 billion investment includes the construction of a plant with a production capacity of 3.5 million tons of short fiber cellulose per year. Located in an area of 3,500 hectares, 50 kilometers from the city center of Inocência (MS) and alongside the Sucuriú River. The land preparation phase began in 2024 and the expected operational entry is by the end of 2027. Throughout all phases of development, we are looking for a Senior HR Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret labor market data to inform recruitment strategies; • Develop and implement effective recruitment processes to attract top talent; • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop interview questions; • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit; • Present recommendations for candidate selection to hiring managers; • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in HR recruitment and selection; • Strong analytical skills to interpret labor market data; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
