This opportunity is to work in one of Grupo Bimbo's businesses: Bimbo QSR Brasil, specializing in the production of high-quality frozen bakery products.
Bimbo QSR serves the Food Service, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and In-Store Bakery segments, offering solutions such as hamburger buns, artisanal breads, brioches, pretzel buns, potato buns, and multigrain breads to clients globally, nationally, regionally, and locally.
Mission of the position:
Act as a quality specialist with a focus on customer experience, ensuring adherence to service and product standards through technical visits and field analysis, as well as leading the resolution of complex problems and driving continuous improvement, contributing to the strengthening of consumer satisfaction and perceived value.
Position responsibilities:
- Conduct and direct technical visits to stores, evaluating processes, identifying root causes of non-conformities, and recommending structural improvements;
- Critically analyze quality and customer satisfaction indicators, proposing actions and directions for performance improvement;
- Act in resolving complex problems with clients, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions;
- Prepare and present technical reports with analyses, diagnoses, and recommendations for internal areas and leadership;
- Conduct and guide training and development for store teams on quality and service practices;
- Conduct internal audits, ensuring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action plans;
- Act as a technical reference in quality, influencing decisions, supporting strategic projects, and promoting continuous improvement with clients and internal areas.
Requirements:
- Completed Higher Education in Engineering, Administration, Quality Management, or related areas;
- Knowledge of advanced customer service techniques, customer relationship management, quality standards and norms, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS);
- Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint;
- Availability for travel;
- Experience in the Quality area.
