Functional Analyst

Randstad Digital Talent Services, a specialized division of Randstad Italia focused on IT talent search, selection, and training, is selecting for an important client company a Functional Analyst. The resource will be inserted at the heart of the company's digital transformation, acting as a strategic bridge between business needs and technological solutions. Responsibilities Map and analyze operational flows to identify inefficiencies and define AS-IS and TO-BE models. Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making. Identify and prioritize process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions. Ensure effective communication of project progress and results. Provide expert-level support for business stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology). 3+ years of experience in IT or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
