FourTalent We are looking for a senior Salesforce professional with strong experience in Marketing Cloud, who can lead complex projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and be able to leverage them to drive business results. Responsibilities: • Lead the development of marketing automation strategies using Marketing Cloud; • Design and implement data-driven campaigns that drive engagement and conversion; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans; • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement; • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation using Marketing Cloud; • Strong understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and how to leverage them to drive business results; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); • Certification in Salesforce Administration or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
