Sr FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a Sr FP&A Analyst to fill a strategic position with a regional scope, supporting Latin America's businesses through financial analysis, planning, and decision-making support.

In this position, you will have strong interaction with different areas and leadership, transforming financial and operational data into relevant insights to drive results and support regional growth.

Position: Sr FP&A Analyst

• Conduct Budget, Forecast, and monthly performance analysis processes, consolidating revenue, margin, and cost indicators for Latin American businesses.
• Analyze variances against budget and forecast, identifying the main performance drivers, such as volume, price, product mix, exchange rates, and material costs.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support commercial and operational decisions related to growth, profitability, pricing, and efficiency.
• Act in partnership with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Purchasing areas, contributing to the evaluation of cost trends, supplier impacts, risks, and opportunities for the business.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations, transforming financial and operational data into insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Support the evolution of FP&A processes and tools, promoting improvements in financial planning, governance, data quality, and information consistency across the region's countries.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Solid experience in FP&A, preferably with regional experience or in multicultural environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with stakeholders from different areas.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python.
• Spanish language proficiency.
