Forestry Analyst - Intermediate
Job description
In the country since 2002, Arauco operates in the Forestry and Wood segments with the purpose of, from nature and renewable sources, contributing to people and the planet. It employs over 3,000 direct employees and has 5 Brazilian industrial units.
The plants are distributed between panel production, in three factories located in the cities of Jaguariaíva (PR), Ponta Grossa (PR) and Montenegro (RS); panels and moldings, in the plant located in Piên (PR); resins and chemicals, in the Araucária (PR) unit and, in 2027, is preparing to inaugurate its first bleached pulp factory in Inocência (MS).
With operations guided by ESG practices, Arauco has FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) certification in its forests, which recognizes environmentally responsible, socially fair and economically viable management. The company was also the first in the world to receive Carbon Neutral certification, in 2020, issued by Deloitte and audited by Price Waterhouse. Globally and in the country, it operates by prioritizing responsible water management, biodiversity conservation and carbon dioxide removal from the atmosphere.

Main Activities
- Support to the coordination regarding Capex processes;
- Plan and support face-to-face and virtual meetings, including room booking, invitation preparation, material preparation and minute taking when necessary;
- Control deadlines, track pending items and perform follow-ups with the involved areas;
- Act as a focal point in monitoring, receiving and launching invoices related to closings and assets;
- Prepare reports, presentations and administrative documents with quality and confidentiality.
- Compile and parameterize information from the respective forestry coordinations and regions;
- Act as a contact point between forestry coordinators and other areas of the company, promoting clear and agile communication;
- Act in the preparation of scopes related to the acquisition of machinery, equipment and vehicles;
- Control purchase requisitions, contracts and payments, according to internal policies;
- Maintain physical and digital files organized, ensuring easy access to information;
- Ensure the confidentiality of the area's strategic information;
- Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative processes, proposing more efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Administration and Accounting Sciences;
- Experience in Capex, Opex management and process control;
- Desirable experience in companies with decentralized forestry operations.
- Intermediate Office Package (especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with tools and systems (e.g.: SAP or similar).
- Proficiency in organization, planning and time management techniques.
