Senior Fiscal Analyst I (Inbound)

Objective of the Position Act in operational and analytical support of integrated fiscal processes between COUPA, SAP and Avalara, focusing on the process of entering fiscal notes, ensuring: Accuracy of taxes; Stability of flows; Reduction of errors; Minimization of rework; Elimination of systemic inconsistencies. Main Responsibilities Support the daily operational and analytical support of integrated processes COUPA x SAP x Avalara (Tax Engine); Analyze the accuracy of calculated taxes and confirm their consistency with the system; Verify the completeness and accuracy of fiscal notes entered in the system; Identify and correct errors in the process of entering fiscal notes; Develop and implement procedures to minimize rework and eliminate inconsistencies; Collaborate with other teams to ensure the integration of COUPA, SAP and Avalara systems; Provide training and support to team members on the use of COUPA, SAP and Avalara systems; Analyze and resolve system issues related to fiscal processes; Participate in the development of new procedures and improvements to existing ones; Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
