About the opportunity

Confirp is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to work in a strategic area, responsible for ensuring the efficiency, security, and quality of automated processes that support the company's tax and accounting operations.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize automatic routines in Dominio, SIEG systems, and other corporate platforms;

• Perform validations and follow-ups of tax processes, ensuring compliance and quality of information;

• Validate system parameterizations and propose operational improvements;

• Support internal process audits, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation;

• Participate in automation and digital transformation projects in the area;

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze performance indicators and reports;

• Act as support to technical areas in resolving inconsistencies and improving operational flows.

Mandatory Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Information Technology, or related fields;

• Intermediate knowledge of the Dominio System (tax module);

• Intermediate/Advanced Excel;

• Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile;

• Ease of working with processes, controls, and technology.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with tax process automation;

• Knowledge of the SIEG system;

• Experience with Dominio system parameterization;

• Good communication for interaction with technical and operational teams.

Additional Information

Work model: Hybrid (2 days in office and 3 days remote)

⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:12 AM to 06:00 PM
