Position: Tax/Fiscal Analyst

São Paulo/Osasco, SP | On-site/

Job Description

We are looking for a Tax/Fiscal Analyst to be responsible for the calculation, control, and compliance of the company's fiscal and tax obligations, with a special focus on the specifics of the import, rental, and sale of machinery and equipment for civil construction and industrial sectors.

Main Responsibilities

Calculation of federal, state, and municipal taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, among others)
Calculation and reconciliation of taxes applicable to import operations (II, IPI, ICMS-Import, among others)
Issuance and reconciliation of sales and equipment rental invoices
Preparation and submission of accessory obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, ECF, DCTF, GIA, among others)
Monitoring of tax legislation applicable to the goods rental and foreign trade sector
Support in tax audits and responding to inspections
Interface with accounting, controlling, and commercial/import departments
Identification of tax savings opportunities and mitigation of fiscal risks

Requirements

Completed higher education in Accounting, Law, Administration, or related fields
Previous experience in the fiscal/tax area, preferably in foreign trade, import, rental, or capital goods companies
Solid knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ/CSLL)
Experience with SPED Fiscal and accessory obligations
Knowledge of taxation on import operations (a plus)
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAAS/SAP systems (a plus)
English or Mandarin (a plus, due to communication with the parent company in China)
