Senior Financial Analyst (On-site Work)

Odebrecht Engenharia & Construção, the largest heavy construction company in Brazil, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, with on-site work in São Paulo/SP. This professional will be responsible for supporting and executing financial, accounting, and treasury routines of the project, with the main responsibilities being: Execute and control payment routines, ensuring compliance with deadlines, internal policies, and financial controls of the project; Act in treasury activities, such as managing cash flow, monitoring and controlling financial indicators, and performing financial analysis; Support the financial planning and budgeting process, including the preparation of financial reports and the analysis of financial data; Collaborate with the project team to ensure the financial and accounting aspects of the project are properly managed; Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required by the project manager or the company; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting; Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting software; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Ability to travel to the project site as required; The selected candidate will be required to work on-site in São Paulo/SP, with occasional travel to other project sites.
