Financial Analyst

Job Description The position of Financial Analyst at the Abradecont Institute is responsible for supporting the organization's financial management by ensuring accurate controls and reliable information for decision-making. On a daily basis, the person will monitor cash flows, perform bank reconciliations, update financial projections, control accounts payable and receivable, and support budget preparation. They will also analyze financial results, prepare management reports, track indicators, review financial documents, and support audit processes when necessary. This is a full-time position with on-site work in Niterói, RJ.

Qualifications

• Must possess proficiency in financial planning, corporate finance, and budget preparation.
• It is necessary to demonstrate good analytical skills, the ability to interpret financial data, and transform information into insights for decisions.
• Knowledge of financial statements and financial reports, including preparation, analysis, and consolidation, is important.
• A degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields, along with previous experience in the financial area, is desirable.
• Knowledge of financial management systems and electronic spreadsheets, along with organization, attention to detail, and an ethical stance, will be considered a plus.
