We are looking for new talent to join our Finance team at SBA Communications!

We are hiring a Financial Analyst II, with a focus on Accounts Receivable, who will be responsible for the management and recovery of the company's receivables portfolio, engaging in collection activities, financial analysis, reconciliations, dispute resolution, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the client portfolio, performing proactive and corrective collections and monitoring outstanding amounts.
• Propose actions to reduce delinquency and improve the cash collection flow.
• Monitor the portfolio's aging, identifying risks and opportunities for recovery of amounts.
• Analyze clients' payment history and recommend actions for risk mitigation.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billings, payments, contracts, and credits.
• Conduct meetings with clients to clarify and resolve financial pending issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments in handling and resolving client requests and inquiries.
• Prepare calculation worksheets related to billings, credits, debits, adjustments, and charges.
• Execute and review reconciliations, ensuring the consistency and correct composition of balances.
• Apply and control payments in corporate systems.
• Issue and validate invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents related to the process.
• Keep databases, spreadsheets, controls, and departmental documentation updated.
• Provide technical support to the team, contributing with knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Manage simultaneous demands and projects, ensuring quality in deliveries and compliance with established deadlines.
• Adapt to changes in processes, systems, and priorities, contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental routines.
  

Education

• University degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields.

Technical Knowledge:

• Accounts Receivable Management.
• Collections.
• Client Negotiation.
• Financial Reconciliation.
• Preparation of Calculation Worksheets.
• Issuance and analysis of fiscal documents.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and data analysis).

Competencies:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Required
