Operational Excellence Analyst - Intermediate

Position: Operational Excellence Analyst - Intermediate

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement quality processes through process mapping and work instruction elaboration;
• Elaborate, review, and control Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and documents;
• Control corrective and preventive actions, monitoring their implementation and effectiveness;
• Plan, implement, monitor, and analyze QMS performance indicators;
• Elaborate records and management reports;
• Conduct and monitor internal and external audits;
• Act in supplier quality management;
• Validate documents related to process changes;
• Deliver training on Lean Culture, Lean tools, and work instructions;
• Support managers in conducting Kaizen projects, performing feasibility analyses and root cause identification;
• Measure and map operational process times and cycles;
• Implement start-of-shift meetings and monitor operational indicators;
• Audit merchandise volumes and quantities;
• Identify improvement opportunities in processes, layout, and productivity;
• Analyze operations monitoring tools;
• Act with ethics, confidentiality, organization, and good interpersonal relationships.

Requirements:

• Completed Higher Education;
• Desirable knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, SAP, Click System, and Office Suite (intermediate level).

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Salary: R$ 4,500.00;
