SENIOR STATISTICAL ANALYST - ASSESSMENT

Responsibilities and duties:

- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

- Apply Item Response Theory in the context of assessments.

- Create and maintain efficient ETL pipelines for data integration.

- Model and structure data warehouses to support advanced analytics.

- Analyze large volumes of data using data mining and machine learning techniques.

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization.

- Apply statistical methods for data interpretation and validation.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify data-driven needs and solutions.

- Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of the data handled.

Requirements and qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Information Systems.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.

- Mandatory knowledge of IRT (Item Response Theory)

- Experience with ETL tools and data modeling in data warehousing environments.

- Knowledge in statistical analysis, machine learning, and big data.

- Skill in data visualization and advanced use of Excel.

- Analytical ability, effective communication, and teamwork.

- Proactivity and ability to solve complex problems.
