Senior Developer Analyst

Requirements: Proven experience with the core TIA market system for at least 3 years; Analyze product technical sheet and implement it in the CORE TIA system and other CORE systems of the company; Develop solutions that meet business needs; Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment between business requirements and IT solutions; Participate in the design and implementation of new features and improvements; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project tasks; Ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time and within budget; Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices; Develop and maintain technical documentation; Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards; Work closely with the QA team to ensure that developed solutions meet quality standards; Ensure compliance with company's policies, procedures, and standards; Develop and implement new features and improvements; Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize project tasks; Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices; Develop and maintain technical documentation; Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
