Job description

AxL Spa Divisione Alti Profili selects for a company located in the Alto Vicentino area an ESG Specialist. The sought-after resource will be responsible for supporting the company in integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles into business processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring non-financial performance and preparing sustainability reporting. Collaborates with all functions of: Production, Quality Control, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Logistics, and other departments. The ESG Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable development strategies, identifying and mitigating environmental and social risks, and promoting a culture of sustainability within the organization.
