Asset Inspector Analyst

We are looking for an Asset Inspector Analyst to join our Asset Management team. The professional will be responsible for advising property management on entries and exits of tenants, generating reports on assets, as well as recurring visits to monitor the physical conditions of properties. Also part of the scope is participation in budget searches and visual monitoring of commercial property works. Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting inspections of properties upon entry and exit of tenants; Generating reports on asset condition and any necessary repairs; Participating in budget searches for property maintenance and improvements; Conducting regular visits to monitor physical conditions of properties; Providing recommendations for property maintenance and improvements based on inspection findings; Assisting in the development of budgets for property maintenance and improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering or related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management or a related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
