Customer Experience and Sales Analyst

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for: • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers; • Understanding their needs and preferences; • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue; • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve these goals; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field; • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
