Full Training and Development Analyst

Apply technical knowledge of T&D aligned to your seniority, ensuring consistent and high-impact deliveries.

• Evaluate KPIs of Training and Development, ensuring the effectiveness of actions.

• Share information, best practices, and learnings with internal teams.

• Execute multifunctional T&D activities, following procedures, norms, and guidelines from the organization.

• Participate in the development and implementation of strategic projects in the area, contributing with analyses and insights.

• Manage resources, deadlines, and conditions necessary to meet operational objectives for T&D processes.

• Identify and act on deviations that may compromise forecasted results.

• Plan, organize, and control activities related to the training cycle (requests, controls, system launches, user support).

• Create and manage the Training Plan for Brazil, proposing innovations and actions focused on talent retention.

• Maintain updated systems and records regarding development tracks, trainings, key people, and career plans.

• Support the HRBP area in applying development programs for managers and employees at a national level.

• Be accountable for the results of activities under your responsibility, considering their direct and indirect impacts.

• Analyze and suggest continuous improvements in T&D processes you are responsible for.
