Training and Development Analyst

Main challenges: - Raising training needs with areas; Planning and conducting capacity-building programs; Delivering trainings and integrations; - Desire to develop skills and knowledge; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Experience in adult learning theory and instructional design; Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite); Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively; Experience working in a retail or service industry environment; Desire to contribute to the growth and development of our team members;
