MID-LEVEL TRANSPORTATION ANALYST

Location: São José dos Pinhais – PR

Salary: R$ 3,986.20

Number of positions: 3

The positions are distributed among:

• 1st Shift - 06:00 to 18:00 scale 3x2
• 2nd Shift - 18:30 to 05:30 scale 3x2
• Administrative (ADM)

Main responsibilities:

• Plan daily transportation demands, ensuring customer needs are met;
• Develop and monitor operation reports and KPIs;
• Validate and execute active and passive freights from carriers and third-party providers;
• Request debit notes from suppliers;
• Validate exceptional payments made outside the TMS system;
• Attend to and resolve demands from suppliers and internal and external clients;
• Support the implementation of new clients and systemic improvements;
• Perform accounting reconciliations;
• Update and monitor Quality area process documentation;
• Support internal and external audits related to area processes;
• Analyze operational costs and revenues;
• Identify improvement opportunities with the client, adding value to the operation;
• Update and monitor performance indicators (KPIs);
• Provide leadership with information for analysis and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Completed Higher Education;
• Experience in the transportation/transportation management area;
• Intermediate Office Suite skills;
• Basic English or Basic Spanish;
• Experience with TMS, freight invoicing, indicators, and cost analysis will be a differential.
