We are looking for a professional to work as a Transportation Analyst in the logistics sector, with an analytical profile to plan, control, and optimize the flow of goods in and out. Your challenge is to ensure fast, safe deliveries with the lowest possible operational cost. The professional will work within the Zona Criativa Company Distribution Center in the East Zone (Penha) region of São Paulo City, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Research prices, negotiate, and close contracts with partner carriers.
• Participate in the development of studies and implementation of logistics alternatives, aiming for deadline adequacy and cost reduction.
• Prepare material delivery routes, analyze contracts, optimizing the processes of material and product movement and storage. Issue and control CTRCs (Brazilian Transport Document) for loads, providing all necessary load characteristics.
• Conduct negotiations regarding freight payment methods, dates, etc.
• Track cargo and delivery status in real time.
• Handle occurrences and route deviations with drivers and customers.
• Manage reverse logistics processes and product returns.
• Analyze freight tables (weight, volume, and cubage).
• Control invoices, fiscal documents (CT-e, NF-e), and audit freight payments.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as punctuality and damage.
• Generate reports on fleet costs and efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma complete – Bachelor's or Technologist degree in Logistics desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics sector.
• Desirable practical knowledge in TMS (Transportation Management) systems, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and routing tools, preferably Interlipost.
• Knowledge of Excel and the Office package.
• Experience with indicator analysis.
• Availability to occasionally work on Saturdays (overtime).

Work Schedule:

• 100% on-site position – Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM (1 hour lunch break).

Location: São Paulo / East Zone (Penha – Rua Cumanaxos, 371) near the Vila Matilde Metro Station.
