Transport Analyst

About the company: Multinational company in the Financial to Logistics sector for consumer brands in the USA and EU. What you will do: Manage last-mile deliveries for B2B and DTC orders. Support clients with daily demands on delivery services. Identify communication failures and visibility, reporting to the team. Resolve calls within the established SLA. Analyze reports in Power BI and systems to support demands. Act alongside logistics partners to ensure better delivery times and quality. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Analyze data and metrics to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of delivery performance. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
