Senior Supply Analyst - Services Job Code: 435874 Full-time position in Curitiba / PR Main Activities: • Conduct end-to-end Strategic Sourcing process for critical and complex services (e.g. construction, maintenance, O&M, equipment rental, field services, etc.), ensuring efficiency and compliance. • Lead complex negotiations with service providers, with technical and commercial equalization, definition of SLAs and risk mitigation. • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs, considering factors such as cost, quality, delivery time, and supplier performance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual benefit. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and reports. • Provide guidance and support to procurement team members, promoting continuous learning and professional development. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in the field of supply chain management.
