A professional with experience in first-level support, able to resolve recurring problems, act autonomously, and ensure IT environment fluidity at Brametal.

• First-level attendance with autonomy in resolving frequent incidents.

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment (notebooks, desktops, printers).

• Support for corporate software, VPN, and internal tools.

• Local network support (testing, connectivity, asset validation).

• User profile configuration, permissions, and groups.

• Execution of procedures for correcting recurring errors.

• Support to the team in implementing Service Desk improvements.

• Basic training for users on best practices.

• Completed technical degree in IT or related areas.

• 13 years of experience in first-level support or basic level 2 support.

• Knowledge of AD, Office 365, Windows, and call management tools.

• Ability to organize, attend, and prioritize tasks.
