IT Support Analyst

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst, focusing on attendance, incident resolution and customer doubts about using the Convertr platform. We seek someone with analytical thinking, proactivity and technical expertise to strengthen our support team. Responsibilities: • Respond to customers' questions and resolve problems through chat, email and optimization tools; • Help customers with order status, changes and cancellations, among other demands; • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Convertr's platform and services; • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues; • Develop and maintain knowledge of Convertr's products and services; • Provide excellent customer service through proactive communication and problem-solving; • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience; • Participate in training and professional development activities to improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; • At least 2 years of experience in IT support; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Familiarity with Convertr's platform and services is an asset.
