System Support Analyst

We are looking for a System Support Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a System Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications, and identifying and resolving technical issues. You will also be responsible for documenting and tracking technical issues, and collaborating with our development team to resolve complex technical problems. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in system support or a related field. You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
