About the Role We are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to work in the Infrastructure area, supporting user attendance and basic support and maintenance routines for the IT environment. Responsibilities: • Provide first-level technical support to users; • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; • Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT systems and equipment; • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of IT services; • Participate in training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; • 0-2 years of experience in IT support; • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications; • Familiarity with network protocols and basic networking concepts; • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively; • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
