Sustainability Analyst

Job Purpose

Contribute to the sustainability strategy of Industrias Peñoles, participating in the processes of collection, monitoring, verification, and analysis of sustainability indicators in an orderly and systematic manner, supporting the maintenance of the ESG data platform, actively collaborating in the process of addressing and responding to the requirements, questions, and requests from the various stakeholders.

Academic Studies

Chemical Engineering, Public Accounting Degree, Finance Degree, Business Administration Degree, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Economics Degree.

Specialization in Sustainability

Technical Knowledge

Two years of experience in understanding sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Financial accounting, environmental management systems, process engineering and/or efficiency, data analytics, and economics.

Intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, systemic vision, and the ability to relate to different stakeholders.

Software Proficiency

Microsoft 365, familiarity with Copilot or other AI assistants, advanced Microsoft Excel or Python programming.

English: intermediate - advanced

High analytical capacity and data orientation, genuine interest in sustainability and its financial consequences, ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, excellent oral and written communication, proactivity, initiative, and continuous learning, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, integrity, and commitment to results.
