Sustainability Analyst

Job Objective: Drive the company's sustainability strategy by collecting, analyzing, and managing ESG information, ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying risks and opportunities, and continuous performance improvement. Contribute to value generation through support for decision-making, strengthening transparency towards stakeholders and execution of sustainable development initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions that align with the company's goals and values. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and engagement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sustainability-related matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the organization's sustainability performance, proposing initiatives and actions to achieve targets. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive sustainable development. Ensure the integration of sustainability considerations into business operations, products, and services, promoting a culture of sustainability throughout the organization. Contribute to the development of sustainability reports and other communications, ensuring transparency and accountability towards stakeholders.
