- Our challenge is to boost the development of high-complexity systems, ensuring the robustness of Java ecosystems in cloud-native architectures and promoting the integration of generative artificial intelligence solutions applied to the financial engineering sector.
- We are looking for a professional with interest in evolving into a leadership position, with potential to manage multidisciplinary technology teams in the future.
- Architecture and Scale: Design and implement resilient microservices with Spring Boot and event-driven architectures (GCP Pub/Sub or Kafka).
- Resilience and Ensure data integrity, consistency, and high availability in distributed architectures, ensuring the continuity of mission-critical systems.
- Tech Leadership: Act as a key player in strategic architectural decisions, promoting good practices of CI/CD, automated testing, and technical excellence on a daily basis.
- Java 11 or higher: Solid mastery of the language and Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data, Cloud, Batch).
- Distributed Systems Patterns: Mastery of patterns such as SAGA (Orchestration/Coreographed), CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
- Observability: Care and attention in using monitoring and service tracking tools, ensuring continuous visibility into the health, performance, and traceability of the ecosystem.
- Modeling and Design: Mastery of C4 Model for documentation and practical application of DDD (Domain-Driven Design).
- Data Resilience: Experience in implementing persistence strategies and fault tolerance in high-load systems.
- Messaging and Events: Advanced experience with GCP Pub/Sub or Kafka, focusing on message delivery guarantees, message order, and consumer scaling.
- Cloud Platform (GCP): Consolidated experience in Google Cloud, focusing on scalability and containers (GKE/Docker).
- Previous experience as Tech Lead or Team Lead will be considered a strong differential.
- Vivência in Engineering of IA: experience in implementing and optimizing generative artificial intelligence flows, integrating language models (LLMs) and applying the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pattern.
- Domain Knowledge: experience in the financial sector.
