Job Description:

Promote that the Oracle EBS (BOSS) ERP system is operating efficiently and effectively, meeting user needs and supporting business processes. The goal is to ensure operational continuity for the company, contributing to internal efficiency and achieving strategic goals, always in compliance with the organization's values of health, safety, and environmental sustainability.

As a professional, you will:

• Provide functional support to BOSS (ERP Oracle EBS) system users, clarifying doubts, solving problems, and promoting training when necessary. Support may occur via Teams, telephone, email, or in-person.

• Continuously monitor the system's performance, identifying and resolving technical or operational failures, including correct ticket opening and tracking.

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand business area needs, evaluating processes, and proposing improvements in system use.

• Configure the system according to organizational requirements, including personalization of workflows, fields, reports, and dashboards.

• Execute comprehensive tests for new configurations and functionalities, ensuring quality deliveries before releasing them into production environment.

• Support in updating system versions, integration testing, and functional validations.

• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and IT initiatives focused on ERP evolution.

• Document processes, implemented solutions, and operational procedures related to the system.
