Clinical Systems Analyst

The Epic Clinical Analyst – Beaker is responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support of the Epic Beaker application. This role ensures that laboratory workflows and clinical data exchange function efficiently and securely across the healthcare organization. The analyst collaborates with clinical, laboratory, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, test system changes, and provide user support to maintain optimal performance and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have experience working with Epic Systems, specifically Beaker, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, the analyst must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
