Junior Claims Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• Perform pre-analysis of claims notifications according to established procedures.
• Check information and identify possible inconsistencies.
• Identify process improvements.
• Direct processes to the appropriate flow, in accordance with business rules.
• Support the identification of opportunities for process improvement and agility in the Claims journey.

Technical requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, and related fields
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with expense control
• Knowledge of BI tools
• Previous experience in insurance companies (desirable)
