Talent Attraction Analyst

Position Objective

Execute talent attraction processes for administrative, technical, operational, and specialized positions within the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors, additionally ensuring the documentary control of hires, the integration of files, and timely follow-up of personnel onboarding.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment processes from profile gathering to hiring.
• Post vacancies and conduct direct candidate searches.
• Identify talent from construction, energy, engineering, infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Coordinate interviews and provide punctual follow-up with candidates and leaders.
• Keep vacancy controls and statuses updated.
• Request, receive, and validate documentation from selected candidates.
• Integrate and consolidate digital files for new hires.
• Verify that documentation is complete before onboarding.
• Follow up on onboarding with the corresponding departments.
• Directly manage pending documents or information with candidates.
• Anticipate risks, delays, or potential issues in processes.
• Report progress, deviations, and pending items in a timely manner.
• Work autonomously and ensure the closure of processes without requiring constant supervision.

Indispensable Experience

• 3 years in recruitment and selection.
• Experience in construction, energy, infrastructure, engineering, Oil & Gas, or industrial services companies. (plus)
• Recruitment of technical, operational, and administrative positions.
• Experience managing different vacancies simultaneously and working with coverage timelines.
• Knowledge of hiring documentation, file integration, and onboarding follow-up.
• Experience coordinating with Payroll, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or other departments responsible for formalizing hires.
• Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn, direct search, and specialized sources.
• Intermediate Excel skills for creating controls and reports.
