Occupational Safety Analyst

• Graduation in Engineering and desirable Post-graduation in Safety Engineering;
• Skills in corporate and office environments;
• Knowledge in management systems;
• Time management and organization skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team;
• Adaptability and quick learning capacity;
• Availability for travel;
• 100% on-site work in Osasco

Activities:

• Act in the promotion and maintenance of the health and safety culture in the corporate (office) environment.
• Conduct periodic inspections in administrative areas, identifying unsafe conditions and proposing improvements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) applicable to the administrative environment.
• Develop, review, and monitor legal and internal OHS (PGR, PCMSO – support and monitoring, LTCAT, among others) programs.
• Control and monitor health and safety indicators, preparing management reports and presentations for leadership.
• Investigate and analyze workplace incidents and accidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding sessions for employees and third parties.
• Support ergonomics initiatives, including preliminary ergonomic analysis (PEA), postural guidance, and action plan monitoring.
• Support the CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), fire brigade, and other internal committees related to safety and health.
• Monitor suppliers and service providers operating within the office premises, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
