HR Analyst (Guadalajara, Mexico) - SQM Iodine Plant Nutrition

This is a great opportunity for talented individuals to develop as an HR Analyst in our offices located in Guadalajara, Mexico who will have the mission to provide operational and administrative support to Human Resources processes, ensuring the correct functioning of payroll, legal compliance, benefits administration, document management, and employee support in Offices as well as in Plants and Warehouses in Mexico.

• Process payroll incidents, New Hires and Terminations, Manage calculations of Severance and Settlements, Manage Leaves of Absence, Disabilities, Work Risks, Individual Contracts, Vacation Control, Absences.
• Preliminary calculations of severance and settlements and manage personnel files and perform accounting entries in ERP for labor obligation payments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor and tax regulations, and NOMS, as well as provide support for requirements with labor authorities.
• Maintain and update personnel databases, preparing cost reports and KPIs, performing accounting entries in ERP.
• Oversee employee requests, questions, and requirements, as well as support the organization of corporate events and/or dates.
• Participate in internal and external audits, analyze and propose improvements in personnel administration.

Requirements:

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Administration, Accounting, or similar.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP desirable).
• English desirable.
• Good interpersonal skills.
