HR Senior Analyst (Personnel Department)

We are looking for a Senior HR Analyst with strong technical experience, proactive and collaborative profile. This role requires mastery of payroll processes and labor legislation, as well as an active role in HR projects and initiatives.

• Processing and verification of payroll (preferably using the ADP system), social charges and accessory obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DIRF, etc.);
• Management of admissions, dismissals, vacations, absences, and licenses;
• Direct assistance to employees on HR topics (benefits, doubts, administrative support, etc.);
• Support to the labor law area with documentation and relevant information;
• Interface and management of benefits;
• Active participation in continuous improvement projects and automation of HR processes;
• Preparation of reports and indicators for the area;
• Assistance to internal and external audits.
