HR Analyst - People and Culture

Objective of the Position: Act as a focal point for People & Culture within the unit, ensuring a positive experience for employees and leaders. It will be responsible for facilitating the execution of corporate processes, promoting alignment between the P&C corporate area and the unit, ensuring compliance with guidelines with quality, organization, and proximity. Main Responsibilities: Support leadership in meeting and process demands within the unit; Support the admission process, including participation in recruitment interviews, monitoring and evaluation of new hires, and providing guidance on employee development and training programs; Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and teams, promoting collaboration and teamwork; Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention; Analyze and interpret HR metrics and data to inform business decisions; Collaborate with other units to develop and implement policies and procedures related to talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion; Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
