Main Challenges (Responsibilities): Perform input launches for payroll and verify all results according to current legislation, through procedures of the Human Resources department. Vacation control and management Maintain and control electronic attendance system Management of Human Resources indicators, such as absenteeism, turnover, headcount among others. Control and management of payments to suppliers in the Human Resources area Realize the maintenance and control of the electronic attendance system Perform input launches for payroll and verify all results according to current legislation, through procedures of the Human Resources department. Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including HR systems, to identify trends and make informed decisions. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the Human Resources area. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency of HR policies and practices. Identify and address potential issues or conflicts that may arise in the workplace. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners. Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, regulations, and best practices in Human Resources.
