HR Analyst with focus on Recruitment & Selection

We are strengthening our HR team and looking for someone eager to attract the right talents, build memorable candidate experiences, and support the evolution of our internal processes.

What you will do?

• Conduct end-to-end selective processes in areas such as content, social media, creation, data, planning, customer service, and HR.

• Dive into business to understand profiles, gaps, soft/hard skills, and context of each area.

• Build job descriptions aligned with Skidun's tone and culture.

• Develop targeted hunting strategies for our business.

• Conduct structured interviews by competence and case studies.

• Create and continuously improve the candidate journey (from first message to onboarding).

• Maintain an active and organized pipeline of talents.

• Support internal rituals (onboarding, development trails, evaluations).

• Contribute with HR data analysis for climate diagnosis, turnover, performance, and capacity.

• Act alongside leaders, helping them define needs, prioritize vacancies, and make better decisions.

• Mapped competencies and supported the construction of individual development plans (IDPs).

• Create structure, documentation, and best practices for R&S to sustain agency growth.

• Implement tools, metrics, and systems that increase efficiency.

• Look at the whole: anticipate problems, bring solutions, propose paths. It's not just executing.
