HR Analyst

HR Analyst/Assistant, on-site for the city of São Marcos/RS.

Description:

Execute and monitor the Human Resources processes of the internet provider, acting in people development, recruitment and selection, training, personnel department, organizational climate, performance management, and support for leadership. Ensure alignment of HR practices with the company's strategic objectives, promoting a healthy and high-performance organizational environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
• Support admission, onboarding, and termination processes.
• Payroll closing and verification.
• Develop and monitor training and development programs.
• Support organizational climate and internal marketing actions.
• Support leaders in team management and employee development.
• Monitor HR indicators.
• Organize internal actions, campaigns, and corporate events.
• Support career plan processes.
• Perform personnel department operations and analyses.
• Assist in the creation and updating of internal policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Perform control and updating of HR documents and records.
• Support internal communication actions.
• Participate in organizational culture and engagement projects.
• Support talent retention and turnover reduction actions.
• Interface with the personnel department and other areas of the company.

• Intermediate Office Suite:

Desirable requirements:

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related areas.
• Previous experience in the HR area.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll.
• Driver's license category B.
